Every day, individuals and families throughout Germantown and Northwest Philadelphia face challenges that threaten their financial stability, housing security, and access to basic necessities. At GACM, we believe that no neighbor should have to navigate these challenges alone.
This generous investment from Philadelphia Foundation strengthens our ability to continue providing vital services to our community, including food assistance through our weekly Food Cupboard, emergency housing and utility assistance, and guidance connecting neighbors with essential resources on their path toward self-sufficiency.
As the need for assistance continues to grow across our community, partnerships like this make a meaningful difference in our ability to respond with compassion, dignity, and practical support.
