Do you ever feel you are spinning your wheels, expending lots of energy but making little progress? Are you managing day-to-day but not experiencing a sense of hope and optimism about the future?  If your answer is yes, the THRIVE Certificate Program (TCP) might be for you. Those who take advantage of the opportunity for a private session with a Life Coach will determine how to move beyond crisis management to a healthier and more secure future. The goals of TCP directly support the Germantown Avenue Crisis Ministry mission of aiding clients to gain self-sufficiency.

Other Education Services

We conduct life skills workshops helping clients gain knowledge and insight into and control over their lives. Our current focus is Home Strong, workshops for senior Germantown homeowners, providing information on critical home maintenance and guidance on preparing to transfer their property to surviving family members.  HomeStrong is presented in partnership with Urban Resources Development Corporation and Unitarian Universalist House Outreach Program. We will offer other workshops and sessions on subjects relevant to our clients and community.
